Not all of our savings accounts track the Bank of England (BoE) base rate. If the savings account is NOT a Tracker account, then it will not automatically follow the BoE base rate when it changes.
To check if your account is a Tracker account, please check the account name, which will have the word ‘Tracker’ in it, or by reviewing your product summary in Oxbury Online Banking.
