You can provide notice to withdraw your money by logging in to Oxbury Online Banking and completing a move money request. The notice period differs between accounts, which is set out in your Product Summary sheet, and is the minimum amount of notice you have to provide to withdraw funds. You can also set a future withdrawal date beyond this minimum withdrawal period.
To withdraw your money, you will need to complete the following actions in Oxbury Online Banking:
- Click on 'move money'
- Select the account you want to provide notice to withdraw on
- Confirm whether you would like to move the funds to another Oxbury account, or return the funds to your Linked Account
- You can also set the withdrawal date for the minimum notice period, or a date beyond this period
