At maturity (the end of your fixed term) you can either give us an instruction to open a new account with Oxbury or give us an instruction to return your money to your Linked Account.
If you wish to instruct a 'split maturity' where a partial amount is withdrawn and the rest is re-invested with Oxbury, please contact us via webchat by clicking on the Chat function at the bottom right of this page and our Savings team will assist. We are open Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:30pm, except bank holidays.
We will get in touch a minimum of 30 days before maturity to let you know what your options are. We will also send you another reminder at 14 days and 5 days before the maturity of your account.
In the event we do not receive any instructions from you we will convert your fixed terms savings account to an Easy Access Account and send you an updated Product Summary and details on how to access your savings.
