Unfortunately, you cannot cancel a withdrawal instruction on the day it is due to be processed.
If you would like to cancel a withdrawal instruction that is due to be processed on a future date, please log in to Oxbury Online Banking and click on your account, where you will be directed to the Transactions page. From there, you can click ‘Cancel’ next to the future dated withdrawal.
