In order to close your savings account, you will need to log in to Oxbury Online Banking through a browser.
Once logged in, you can close your chosen account by clicking in and selecting "Request to close this account" within the account profile.
Alternatively, you can click "Move Money" within the account profile and then enter the full balance of your account. A message will then pop up to ask if you wish to close the account and clicking that option will issue a closure.
Please note that you are not able to close an account yourself that has nil balance on the Oxbury App for iOS devices. On our Android app, you can close an account from the Account Summary screen, but not from the Move Money screen. This will only work once the account has already been funded, and then the balance will be withdrawn.
