Here is a step-by-step process to follow:
Step 1- You can go to our website www.oxbury.com and press ‘log in’ in the top right corner.
Alternatively, using the welcome email received, you will need to click on the link within the email. Please ensure that you open this on your desktop/ laptop or tablet.
The next screen should then ask you for your username and password.
Step 2 - You will see the ‘register my phone’ screen. Please press 'Continue'.
Step 3- You need to select if you are using an Android or Apple device.
Step 4- Using your smartphone, you will need to download the Oxbury app. Once this has been downloaded, please select ‘Allow Oxbury to send you notifications’ on the screen.
Step 5 - Confirm on desktop/laptop or tablet that you have downloaded the Oxbury app.
Step 6 - Open the app, a welcome screen should then show on your device.
Step 7 - On desktop/ laptop or tablet, "register your mobile" screen appears, please click the "I am ready" option.
Step 8 - The next page shows "scan this QR code using mobile smartphone", click on "generate code" button.
Step 9 - Allow Oxbury to use camera for QR code scanner on mobile smartphone (45 seconds to use QR code).
Step 10- In the app it will allow you to set up a new pin – This will be 6 digits long.
Step 11 - Allow Oxbury to use Face ID/Fingerprint on mobile app.
Step 12 - Login.
Step 13 - Then every time you log into your online banking/ mobile app you will have to put in your username and then authorise the login with your face/fingerprint on your mobile smartphone.
