We take your account’s safety very seriously. For example, we use multi-factor authentication on the Oxbury App to verify your request. This means we may use a selfie video or other device biometric validation to ensure that only you can access your account online, to keep your account secure.
If you are concerned about fraud, or have seen suspicious or fraudulent behaviour on your account, you must contact us as soon as possible.
