During the Oxbury application process, we may ask you to provide biometric data by way of a selfie, which will be checked to verify your identity. Oxbury will share your selfie with our technology partner for a maximum of 7 days in order to complete this process, after which time the data will be deleted. In cases of suspected fraud the data may be retained by Oxbury for up to seven years.
In order to securely access your account, Oxbury may also require you to provide biometric data via your mobile device. Oxbury and its suppliers do not receive this biometric data. Any biometric data used during this authentication process is only stored on your device software and is not processed by Oxbury or associated suppliers.
