The Oxbury App uses the registered Face ID that is stored on your device’s software to authenticate. Therefore, if that is not being recognised, please check that your Face ID sensor is clean and try restarting your device before attempting to log in to the Oxbury App again.
If you are unable to use this, please log in using your Oxbury Pin instead.
