You are now able to deregister your old device and register your new device yourself.
In order to complete the deregistration process, you will need to know your Username and Password for your Oxbury account. You will also need to have a valid Driving Licence or Passport to hand for verification.
You can then follow the below steps to complete the process.
Firstly, you will need to open the login page to Oxbury Online Banking on a browser, select log in and enter your Username. At this stage, you will see a text box on screen that asks if you have a new phone or if you need to reconnect your phone. To proceed, click ‘Yes’, followed by clicking ‘Device recovery’. You will be asked to re-enter your Username and Password for revalidation. You can now follow the on-screen instructions from here to complete the deregistration process.
