If you’re late with, or think you might be late in paying a monthly instalment, please contact our dedicated support team by phoning 01244 735730 or by emailing collections@oxbury.com as soon as possible. We’re here to help you, from Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:30pm, except bank holidays.
Our team will review the reason for the missed payment, understand your circumstances and work with you to explore options. This may include agreeing on a plan to bring your account up to date or finding other ways to support you.
Please be aware that missed payments may affect your credit rating and your ability to obtain future credit.
