To provide your maturity instructions, you will need to log in to Oxbury Online Banking through a browser on a PC, Mac, laptop or tablet, and have your registered device to hand for authentication.
- When you have successfully logged in online, please select the account that is due for maturity. This will be labelled as ‘Maturity Instructions Required’ within Oxbury Online Banking.
- After you have entered that account, you will need to click on the banner button that says ‘Provide instructions’.
- Clicking that banner button will take you to the ‘Provide Maturity Instructions’ page, where you can enter your maturity instructions. The bottom of this page will also confirm your account’s current balance (which excludes any accrued interest, as interest is only paid out upon maturity.)
- You will have the choice here to set your maturity instruction. This can either be to open a new account post-maturity, move your money to an existing Oxbury account or to withdraw it to your Linked Account.
- Once you have set your instruction, checked the details and are happy to request it, you can then click the ‘Review’ button. This will then move you to a summary page of the requested maturity instruction for final review.
- On this final page, you can click the ‘Confirm’ button and it will then submit your maturity instruction request.
- You will then receive an authentication prompt from the Oxbury App on your registered device for you to authorise this request.
- Once authorised through the app, your maturity instruction will be set and we will automatically enact it once your account matures. If your account has already matured, we will enact this automatically for you.
